As a first time home buyer Derek was a blessing. He made a stressful process much less stressful. Whether it was his patience with my indecisiveness or his reliability in answering questions and concerns I had, Derek was great every step of the way! Would recommend 100/100 times!

We bought a house from this agent (he represented us, the buyer, and the seller) and the Remax Real Estate Team and were very unsatisfied with the closing. During our final walk-though we were very dismayed by the fact that we were unable to see the house because all of the sellers items were in the way. The sellers remained in the home after closing and had not moved any of their belongings out of the house. The house was a mess and took them 12 hours to move out of the house AFTER we owned it, and we actually helped them move out! Needless to say they never cleaned it either. The agent did nothing to prevent this and did not disclose that the wife of the seller was a family member of his. Additionally, plastic that was left in the barn, as trash, blew out the day of closing and is now stuck in about 10 trees on the property making it look very trashy. Remax (Matt Ridgeway) said that they were going to take care of the problem but never did. We will never use Remax to sell a home. They took the money and ran
